The 2nd reading / public hearing and adoption of the above- preposed ordinance is schedule to be held in the Fiscal Court room on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 2:00 PM.The Ordinance repeals and replaces the existing Solid Wast Ordinances, KOC-94-800-846, KOc 97-830-53 & 99-830-199 comined document and its amendment ordinances KOC-01-820-439, KOC 02-830-91, and KOC 04-830-181.
